WHAT: Arachnid may have been out a little past curfew

The city is mostly silence, in an eerie rather unnatural way. Those who were still awake may hear a sound of something large pass by, or catch a shadow out of the corner of their eye. And while they might not see anything when they look, the chill that is left behind makes it clear.
The Unseen are on the hunt.
Whatever was actually happening was kept well hidden at night, but in some areas people might be able to hear the sound of struggles in the dark, the Unseen having found their victim. Everything moved in a blur, but the growing cold leaving trails of ice along walls and windows accented the echoes of snarls and snapping of teeth and swiping of claws.
And then suddenly the darkness is chased away as the city is filled with light - bolts of lightning shoot into the sky and crackle with powerful energy. The moment is brief, though, and the lightning fades quickly and allowing the night to reclaim the area once more. But the surrounding pressure has eased a bit, and the silence that follows is calmer. The Unseen seem to have dispersed, at least for the moment.
On the roof of a building in the center of the city, though, a lone figure struggles to push himself up and clutches a bag close to him, the red and black suit torn.
