Home sweet home? Closed to May Parker, Peter Parker and Gwen
Who: Peter Parker, Gwen Stacy, Aunt May
What: Settling in
Where: The Spider-House (not an IC-known name)
When: A couple hours after arrival, August 15th
Synopsis: The teenagers are pretty happy to not be on a stupid train anymore, and they're digging their new house, so they do what any other teen would do. Buy pizza, a PS4, a stack of games and set up a pretty wicked blanket fort in the living room to play video games in.
"Ah, shit! Psycho on your left!" Gwen manages to sound pretty clear considering she has a mouth full of probably the best cheese pizza she's had in forever, turning her Siren around and shooting at the Psycho bothering Peter's character. She hadn't played Borderlands in months and while the Voidtrain did have some interesting video games? This was so much better. This was familiar. This was comforting in how familiar it was.
And she had Peter with her. Apparently, according to the housing arrangements, she and Peter were going to share a house. She had her own room, somehow her drums were in the basement and Gwen was feeling pretty good about things.
It was nice to get back to Normal Teen Stuff and not have to worry juuuust yet about disasters. She was sure there was going to be one eventually. She's bounced through enough dimensions to know that's just how it went. Things were fine and dandy for a hot second, and then shit hit the fan. So, she was taking a moment to relax. Settle in. Get used to having so much space. Finishing her bite of pizza, she aims and fires at more of Tyreen and Troy's crazy followers, leaning forward some where she sat on the floor.

"I can't. 'M eating." He says, mouth full of cheese. Pizza comes before video games, Gwen. Or at least right now it does. He sets his piece down for a second though to grab the controller and work on clearing the area. He and pizza will be reunited shortly.

Following the noise, she grinned when she saw the two teens. Obviously one or both of them were living here and she didn't mind that at all. "You know better than to eat with your mouth full Peter," she replied trying to keep her voice as steady as possible.

"Manners, Parker. Go hug your aunt," she teases, grinning from ear to ear.
