THE BATMAN.

The Bat has been active - more so than when Fluxscape had been apart of Wechester City. There's more of a need now. There is a threat. While the Bat may not be the hero for these people as he is in Gotham City? The need to solve the pressing questions of Driftcrest call for his attention. A few have already seen the towering figure of the Batman on the rooftops of the town and the skii lodge.

This is exactly where you can find him now.

The Bat - and therefore Bruce Wayne - had been forced to adjust his idea on the scope of reality some time ago. The Superman and the Kryptonians. Then, an Amazon Princess. A cyborg, metahumans. In a way it seemed like too much. Sometimes he wondered if he had really gone crazy. Or, maybe, the world was always crazy, and now he was simply seeing how truly crazy it was.

If anything? It made the adjustments for Fluxscape - this weird blending of realities - easier to process. Especially the potential idea of someone else from another Gotham. Hopefully it wouldn't be as strange as when he spoke to Gansey or Evie. Given he was fairly sure they knew the alter identity and simply kept mum about it.

The Batman sat on the top of a rooftop of the skii resort. His eyes slowly moved over the snow as they had thousands of times already. They were looking - hunting. The first generation of Waynes were hunters. This couldn't be any different.

BRUCE WAYNE.

For those looking for Bruce Wayne? Well, he can be in a place of your choosing. He has been a bit more lax on his duties at Wechester Enterprises. Of course, he'd be honest, if asked. He sees himself as the in between for Mr. Wechester and the people who flux in and out. Which means he needs to be out and about more in the locations to be able to give better reports. A way for him to be a bit of a face to build trust on both ends.

Being a CEO would be easier.

Bruce has taken to the back of a local coffee shop. He has a workshirt on as opposed to his regular suit. It might look like a down day for him. If it wasn't for the fact he has one sleeve rolled up and is looking over the very particular interesting wound. There is a reason he is hiding in the back looking at this. It started to itch - usually that means its healing. Instead, he swears it is actually being iced over.

Sure, why the hell not.

Reality broke a long time ago.

"The Unseen are native to Driftcrest and have been for hundreds of years." The Bat moves around slowly, carefully, as to not make too much noise. "If it's due to predatory nature or something the population has done to disturb them is something we haven't determined."

The benefit of not wearing heavier armor? That process is a lot simpler. She moves around him, almost impatiently, making no din at all.

"Great, so big huge mystery, nobody wants to talk about it, an invisible predators. Well, we've been here...I've been here, with the other you, before. Give me a bucket of paint and I'll get on it."

Thankfully it wasn't his full armored suit. This was just the regular Batsuit. But, he still didn't want to draw unwanted attention to the pair of them. It would be easier to spot two as opposed to separate Bat-people.

"You'd need to find a way to draw out the Unseen first."

Although, he did sound rather amused.

She points at herself.

"Tiny, innocent-looking, vulnerable-looking prey. Switch over to civvies, and you just keep watch. Bait."

She's also a planner. And, apparently, fearless.

The look beneath the cowl was obvious to the fact he didn't much approve of the idea. It didn't have enough of a safety net for him. Especially with the history he has had with Robins.

"Then what?" The Batman wanted to know what her overall plan would be. Sell it to him, Batgirl.

"Paint sprayers or sprinklers - we can get ether in even a basic warehouse, probably. Once it's revealed, then I'm sure you'll have a toy on you of some variety that'll down it. Either electrical or wire."

She pauses.

"Granted, we'll need a nearby cage."

The Batman considered that. An empty warehouse might be more difficult to obtain. Especially when it came to keeping the wandering people who are not native to Driftcrest. There were a few other superheroes. It might have be worth while to reach out to them.

"You think a cage can hold them?"

She shrugged. "If it can't, why bother with walls?"

"And also, if it can't, then we'll at least know something more definitive, and can adjust strategy accordingly."

"Maybe it keep something inside as opposed to out." The Batman pointed out. His eyes went to the ice statues with a frown showing through his cowl. "There are a few that have been experimenting. They wielded some results. It might be best to gather their intel and come up with something together."

"Makes sense, if for once there's a brain trust backing us...well, this us...up."

He smirked slightly. "Do teams and working together not exist in your reality?"

It was... strained in his. He was doing his best to pull them all together. But, well, all that was left to do was try and find them. Convince them to step up to the plate and carry what was left now that Superman was gone.
